These sessions are educational and supportive, and they’re also grounded in lived experience and evidence-informed tools.
As a result, the goal is to empower you with the insight and practical tools to strengthen your mental well-being and make informed decisions about your mental health.
What’s the Difference Between My Advisory Sessions and Therapy?
Therapy often involves deep emotional exploration, clinical diagnoses, and formal treatment. In contrast, my Mental Health Advisory sessions are different.
