My name is Ify Otuya, and I’m a serial entrepreneur, author, and mental health advocate based in Abuja, Nigeria. I am leading a movement focused on fostering my holistic ideas for wellness – environmental and individual wellness. With a diverse background in music entertainment, e-waste management, and marketing, I’m passionate about advocating for mental health, responsible e-waste management, and helping individuals live their best lives today, not tomorrow.
My work encompasses various activities, including content writing, storytelling, research, public speaking, hosting sensitization workshops, and facilitating e-waste recycling and data destruction services. One-third of my website is dedicated to mental health issues, one-third to e-waste management, and one-third to lifestyle topics.
